Awareness camp concludes

MOREH, Apr 21: The four-day residential social service and disaster awareness camp was concluded today at Moreh Kondong Lairembi Haraobung.

The valedictory function of the camp, organised by ACODOM, YOFFS, Nupi Khunai Chaokhat Lamjing Lup, Moreh and Minority Women Development Society, was attended by YOFFS president H Meghachandra, adviser of YOFFS Dr Y Mani Khuman, president of ACODOM RK Sanayaima.

Under-18 hockey tournament

IMPHAL, Apr 21: PHAM crushed SEYO 15-0 to set up summit clash against Ideal Club for the girls crown of the inaugural Under-18 State Level Hockey tournament being held at Khaman Lampak Hockey Stadium.

In the last league round match played today, B Mem-tombi scored three of the PHAM goals while B Sarita and B Naocha contributed two each for the comprehensive win.

In a boys league match also played today, KhSC, Khongman outplayed .....

Talks begin at Delhi on Ministry expansion

IMPHAL, Apr 21: Amid report of lingering diffe-rences between the Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh and senior Congress leader Yumkham Erabot stalling expansion of the Congress Ministry, the former will return here from the national capital tomorrow with sug-gestions from central lead- ers to iron out all out-standing issues.

Nevertheless, the issue on Ministry expansion is likely to linger for some more days.
